So, you're here because you either want to dunk a basketball, spike a volleyball, increase explosiveness for track, or just brag about how high you can jump.
Well I'm here to tell you what programs are the best programs in my opinion that I have personally tried, and know will increase your vertical jump.
So, let's get started.
1. Vert Shock
Vert Shock by Adam Folker and Justin JustFly Darlington is an 8-week program, and it promises you that you'll gain 9-15 inches in that time.
What I liked about it before purchasing it was that it was created by someone that has played pro basketball (Adam) and someone that is one of best dunkers in the world (Justin).
They use "shock training" to help one's ability to increase their vertical jump.
There are 3 phases to the program: Pre-Shock, Shock, and Post-Shock
The program itself is a one time fee of $67, and if you don't like the program, there's a 60-day money back guarantee.
What makes this program different is that you're not using any weights (sounds weird right), but it WORKS! So if you're the one that doesn't have weights at home, or don't have a near by gym, then this program is for you.
Cons
I didn't find any problems with this program. I just thought it was odd that it didn't incorporate weights, since that's what I was always taught, but this program showed me otherwise.
It does take patience. If you test your vertical after 4 weeks and you're sore then you may see a decrease in your vertical or it may remain the same, but that's only from the lactic acid in your muscles, so don't let this discourage you.
I would recommend taking a week off after you finish the 8 weeks, then testing your vertical for better results.

2. The Jump Manual

The Jump Manual is also amazing. Everything that is in the jump manual is all based on backed up science.
There have been people that have gained 25 inches from this program after using it twice, but in my personal experience, I only used it during the 12 weeks and gained 10 inches from it.
The program is a 12 week program and does have some exercises where you use weights, but it does have alternative exercises just in case you don't have access to a weight room.
The difference between this program and Vert Shock is that it is 4 weeks longer, and is a one time fee of $97, but it's worth it, and there's a 60-day money back guarantee if you don't see results.
Cons
If you can't follow directions then this is not for you! This program is extremely precise. If you do not follow everything step by step then you will not get the results you want.
3. The Flight System
If you're addicted to the weight room then this is definitely for you.
It uses a great amount of weight training and plyometrics, but of course if you don't have access to a weight room, then the first two programs are what's right for you.
The man who created this program is Mr. Chris Barnard, and he himself has a 40+ inch vertical using the techniques he teaches in this program.
This program definitely helped me with more than just my vertical; it helped me with my speed and my strength.
The program is 12 weeks long and it's a one time fee of $134 with a 60-day money back guarantee.
Cons
The price is a little overbearing when you're comparing it to the other programs, but it does garantee results, and if you don't see results then you get your money back.
The program doesn't really specify the intensity that needs to be used. Chris always talks about not training over 85%, but if you've never been in the weight room then this might be a little difficult.
Overall, it's a great program.
